investors due to many bureaucratic and technical hurdles, to foreign investors through comprehensive investment solutions.<\/p><p>From this idea, we immediately moved into implementation, and after the first successful transactions, a team gradually formed with a broad range of strengths, spanning over thirty years of experience in purchasing, developing, and selling real estate, as well as significant expertise in institutional investments, complemented by diverse professional backgrounds such as architecture, asset management, banking, construction, and business consulting.<\/p><p>This allows per invest to strategically and operationally manage real estate projects across the entire value chain and acquire valuable international mandates that entrust us with demanding and sensitive investment projects.<\/p><p>Since 2024, per invest has been managing real estate investments and projects from two locations in more than ten cities across Germany, with a volume exceeding two hundred
